Church Directory
Recently several members of our Church family have expressed a desire to have a church directory. If you would like your family to be included in the directory, please fill out the form below. Most information fields are optional, however, the more thorough the information provided, the better we can keep in touch as a Church family.
Don't forget
Make sure to list all household members along with their birthday and grade (if school aged).
What is your relationship to each member of your household?
Does your spouse have a cell phone number? Make sure to add it under their name.
Make sure to let us know if you own a business. We want to support our brothers and sisters in Christ.
If you have youth aged children and you are comfortable doing so, please feel free to add their cell phone numbers under their name. We will not publish minors contact information. It would only be on file with the Church office.
